HomeSense is a versatile app that transforms your iPhone or iPad into a sophisticated command center for your automated home. This app seamlessly integrates with leading smart home systems such as Caséta Wireless, Lutron RadioRA 2, Lutron RadioRA 3, Lutron HomeWorks QS, Philips Hue Personal Wireless Lighting, Sonos speakers, Honeywell Lyric Thermostat, and HomeKit.

The base version of HomeSense offers a convenient summary of your entire home, allowing you to monitor the state of your connected devices and rooms. If you want enhanced control, you can upgrade to gain the ability to manage lights, fans, shades, thermostats, and even edit schedules.

One of the key features of HomeSense is its Notification Center widget, making it easy to access your favorite controls and home or room scenes. This app offers flexibility, convenience, and user-friendly interface for efficient home management.

• See and control lights, ceiling fans, shades, blinds, and thermostats from the application.
• Get an overview of every room's state, allowing you to quickly identify rooms with lights or fans turned on.
• Add frequently used controls or scenes to your Favorites for quick access.
• Create personalized home and room scenes that combine devices from different systems.
• Effortlessly turn off all lights and fans in a room with a single gesture using the "All Off" action.
• Configure additional actions for each room to easily recall them from the actions menu.
• Organize your home by managing rooms, renaming controls and keypad buttons, and hiding unwanted devices.
• The Today widget allows access to selected controls or scenes without launching the app.
• Customize the switch type and adjust device defaults for personalized control.
• Enjoy seamless synchronization across your devices with iCloud sync.

In addition to these common features, HomeSense offers specific functionalities for each supported smart home system:

Caséta Wireless

• View and edit Pico button programming and scheduled events.

Lutron RadioRA 2 and HomeWorks QS

• View and edit keypad button programming, scheduled events, and thermostat schedules.
• Change schedule and energy saving ("Green") mode.

Philips Hue

• View and edit scheduled events, including events relative to sunrise or sunset.

HomeKit

• Supported devices include outlets, switches, lights, fans, shades, blinds, thermostats, door locks, garage door openers, faucets, and sensors.
• Scheduled events support both weekly events and time triggers with customizable repeat intervals.

Sonos

• Play, pause, and control volume of your Sonos speakers.
• Select a playlist or station from your Sonos favorites to play in any room.
• Create speaker groups to play music synchronously in multiple rooms.

Please note that in order to access device control and editing for scenes and schedules, a purchase is required.

Requirements:

• Caséta Wireless: You need a Smart Bridge or Smart Bridge Pro connected to your home WiFi network.
• Lutron: You must have a professionally installed system connected to your home WiFi network.
• Philips Hue: Philips Hue lights with a bridge connected to your home WiFi network.
• Lyric: Please ensure you have a Lyric Round Wi-Fi Thermostat, Lyric T5, or Lyric T6 Pro Wi-Fi Thermostat with a working internet connection.
